We will always showcase your asset in the most professional manner. Our goal is to lease properties above market rent and within 30 days. We do this by syndicating our listings in print and on-line on over 200 websites.
Management reports and owner distributions are completed, sent, and deposits made directly into your bank account by the 10th of each month. Investors also receive electronic statements with specific line-item detail for all monthly activity (also available through our on-line portal).
We are sponsors of a number of civic organizations including the Boys and Girls Club, Rotary fundraisers, Bluffton Community Soup Kitchen, BJVIM, to name a few. Our President, Mr. Kevin Quat is a proud Rotarian and applies the four-way test to every relationship we form within the community.

As your managing agent, we are always working to lower risk and expenses. Upon move-in, we take extensive photos, meticulous notes, and make sure all systems in place are working properly. We inspect all individual properties quarterly, and have a pro-active maintenance plan for all managed assets.
