As your agent, we are always working to lower risk and expenses. Upon move-in, we take extensive photos, meticulous notes, and make sure all systems in place are working properly. We inspect all individual properties quarterly, and have a pro-active maintenance plan for all managed assets. For property regimes, we inspect all Common Areas daily and keep Boards apprised of any necessary repairs in advance.
We take great pride in being active in this community. Our president is a Rotarian and currently serves as President of the Beaufort County Apartment Association.
